This allows us to prepare meals correctly and safely ahead of your event. We cannot accept responsibility for any dietary needs that are not communicated prior to the event, or for last minute changes made on the day. Any such requests may not be accommodated.

All of our food is freshly prepared and cooked on site to ensure the highest quality and flavour. The agreed service time has been carefully planned as the optimum point for serving your meal at its best. Please be aware that delays or schedule changes on the day may impact the quality and presentation of the food. While we will always do our best to adapt where possible, we cannot guarantee the same standard if service runs significantly behind the agreed timings.

In cases of severe or unsafe weather conditions, we reserve the right to delay, pause, or cancel service where staff safety is at risk. The safety of our team is always a priority and we appreciate your understanding should such circumstances arise.
